A graduate of the sports medicine fellowship from Harvard-Boston Children’s Hospital, he is jointly board-certified in sports medicine (ABFM-CAQ) and pediatrics (ABP). His additional medical training includes medical school at Washington University in St Louis School of Medicine, an internship at Saint Louis Children’s Hospital and residency at Saint Louis University-Cardinal Glennon Children’s Medical Center.
He is a specialist in sports injuries, sports nutrition, is vastly experienced in musculoskeletal ultrasound procedures, and analyzes biomechanics for injury risk assessments.
He is currently a faculty member in the Vanderbilt Department of Orthopaedics.
He played competitive rugby on a national level with the St Louis Bombers. He continues to power-lift recreationally.
