Marilyn Freedman

Marilyn Freedman has her clinical doctorate in physical therapy. She is certified in pelvic muscle dysfunction biofeedback and has completed a certificate of achievement in pelvic physical therapy. Marilyn has over 30 years of experience helping people restore their balance of wellness after being challenged with complex conditions. Her work is geared toward teaching patients how to heal themselves from persistent problems related to pain, anxiety and activities of daily living. Her patients include those suffering from pelvic, abdominal, scar tissue, urological, gynecological, colorectal and sexual pain and dysfunction. She is an adjunct instructor at area physical therapy schools and enjoys sharing her knowledge with colleagues and community groups alike. A pioneer in her field, Marilyn is the founder and sole practitioner of Pelvicology in Great Neck, NY.
