Tonya Bunner is the Chief Financial Officer and co-owner of a private practice with six locations in Tucson, Arizona. Dr. Bunner has 17 years of experience treating women and men with spine and hip dysfunctions, pelvic floor insufficiencies as it relates to urogynecological and colorectal issues, osteoporosis, and complaints associated with simple and high risk pregnancies and the postpartum period.
Dr. Bunner graduated from Old Dominion University in 2000 with a Master of Physical Therapy degree and in 2012 she completed a Doctor of Physical Therapy at AT Stills University. Dr. Bunner is ABPTS Board-certified in Orthopedics and Women’s Health, and is also Board-certified by the Biofeedback Certification Institute of America in the use of Surface Electromyography in the evaluation of Pelvic Muscle Dysfunction. She has a diverse background in manual therapy interventions and has found noted success in treating the orthopedic patient when considering women’s health co-morbidities.
Dr. Bunner has presented at state and local conferences and is a mentor and instructor in Bodycentral Physical Therapy Sports and Women’s Health Residency Programs.
Dr. Bunner also teaches the Lumbo-Pelvic-Hip and Pelvic Floor courses for S&F Education.
